Centre for Excellence for Clean Energy Technology (CECET) is 8100 SF net-zero energy demonstration project that includes geo-exchange system, biomass boiler, radiant slab system, solar domestic preheat system, rainwater collection and gray water system, photovoltaic and wind turbine electrical generators. 

CES Engineering Ltd acting as a Commissioning Authority for this LEED Platinum targeted demonstration project is tasked to provide customized energy data collection and reporting (Energy Metering Information System - EMIS). This project is currently in a construction phase. 

The measuring and verification process for this project will comply with Option D from the 2006 International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) Volume III, concept and options for determining energy savings in new construction and with LEED EA Credit 5, Measurement and Verification requirements.
